The operation of the upgrading include:
Upgrade the cloud platform to 1.4.0 for all servers provide by TVT.

The following are the upgrades and related details we will be doing:
Upgrade time: The upgrade will be carried out in stages around the world, and the specific time will be arranged according to the time zones of different regions and countries to ensure that the upgrade process will not affect multiple regions around the world at the same time. Please refer to the schedule.

Estimated Service Outage: We expect each server to have as short a service outage as possible, but the exact time will depend on the complexity of the maintenance and the size of the server. We will do our best to ensure that service interruptions are minimized, and normal operations resume as soon as possible after the upgrade. Please refer to the schedule below for details.
Upgrade content:Our upgrade is mainly the update of the server software version to improve performance, cyber security, and stability. This will ensure you a better experience and higher efficiency when using our cloud servers.
Area of Effect: During the upgrade, you may experience brief service outages or network instability. This may cause your business to be inaccessible or experience some delay for a period. We will do our best to minimize these impacts and ensure services return to normal as quickly as possible. Please refer to the schedule below for details.
Backup and Restore: We have performed a full data backup to ensure the safety of your data during the upgrade process. Once the upgrade is complete, we will begin data recovery efforts immediately to ensure your business can continue seamlessly.
