PASSWORD FOR KENWOOD RADIOS

From now on and due to the excessive amount of requests, we will charge $15.00 for every a radio could not be reprogram because of a lost password. Please avoid paying this fee keeping better record of the passwords used while programming the Kenwood radios.

HOW TO BUY FROM EPCOM?

Find the products you want to purchase and click on the link "order" when available on the products' catalog or promotional items. We are updating our catalog online and for this reason some products are not available for online purchase yet. Shipping prices are not included.

Payment:
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Your purchase is not billed to your card until the order is ready to ship. We must have the credit card billing address to process your order.

We also accept wire transfers. Please make the wire transfer to one of the options below:

Warranty:
All parts sold on our site carry a 30 day warranty from time of purchase. This warranty only covers initial factory defects. If an item is defective it will be exchanged only. There are no refunds for defective merchandise. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Warranty exchange will be at the sole discretion of EPCOM.

Returns:
Software is non returnable. You may return any item purchased if done within 30 days of date on invoice. All returned goods must be in new original condition with all accessories and packaging. Any item that shows any sign of use and can not be sold as new is non returnable.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to ship the package to the customer and any shipping fee to return the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If a part is defective it will be exchanged only. There are no refunds for defective merchandise. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of EPCOM.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment. All returns are processed promptly and you should receive a credit to your card, less any applicable shipping and restocking charges, within 2 weeks. If payment was made by check/money order you should receive a refund within 3 weeks.

Shipping Information:
Your order is prepared and shipped in the same day after received -- if we have product in stock. Shipments usually arrive within 3-7 business days. If you need to receive your order before this timeline please contact us and we will give you other shipping options. Signature is required to be delivered. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged in transit. If any Item is backordered you will be notified by email during these 3 next business days after received the Order. Backordered items are shipped as they become available. If you have any question regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

International Orders:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from EPCOM, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We do not offer refunds for international orders. If your product is defective, you must let us know within 30 days of the date the product shipped. We will replace any defective product with a new unit of the same model. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges if we have to replace the product.

We accept no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations, or fees that you may be charged by your credit card company for a currency conversion. The only currency that we accept is the US Dollar. Any refunds that we issue will be issued in US Dollars.
