The Model 49 is a control unit that converts any radio repeater into an LTR / F.A.S.T. trunked channel. Using advanced circuit and software design, the Model 49 combines the functions of a logic unit, Interconnect, Validator, Accumulator, Call Buffer, and Modem into one compact 3 1/2" rack mountable package. The Model 49 is ideal for expanding existing SMR systems by adding new channels and sites. Includes forward for ID toID communications on the same channel.
