Compact wide-band communication receiver. The  IC-R10 has wide frequency  coverage from 0.5 MHz with all mode (inc. CW) receive capability. It has a real-time bandscope function making it easy to find busy frequency band conditions.


Icom's original VSC (Voice Scan Control ) function pauses scan only when modulated signals are received. The VSC function activates an AF mute switch when unmodulated or beat signals are received. It has an ample 1000 memory channels with 8-character alphanumeric names for convenience. Channels can be grouped into banks, with each bank capable of holding a 10-character name. Tunning steps: from 0.1kHz, 0.5kHz, 1kHz, etc. up to 100kHz. Antenna connector: BNC. Power supply 4 "AA" alkaline batteries or 4.8-16VDC.
