TP-154 PLUS
Community Tone Panel and Interconnect

The TP-154 Plus is a microprocessor based Shared Repeater & Interconnect Panel that can service up to 154 subscribers with repeater and/or interconnect operation utilizing 50 CTCSS and 104 DCS codes. The TP-154 Plus offers many unique features.
TP 154 PLUS Standard Features:
* Supports 154 Subscribers
* 50 CTCSS and 104 DCS codes
* Separate DCS and CTCSS Deviation Adjustments: No other panel gives you independent deviation settings for CTCSS and DCS.
* Allows users to determine all active users. By means of the front panel display, all the active users in the system can be displayed.
* Squelch Tail Elimination: Using DCS turn off code.
* CTCSS Trak: A proprietary DSP engine gives CSI tone panels unbeatable sensitivity and talk off rejection.
* Built in Test mode for setup. Allows the technician to generate any CTCSS or DCS from a telephone plugged into the back of the unit.
* Front Panel Status Lamps. Indicates if the system is in programming mode, if DTMF is being transmitted, if transmitter is on, if COS is active, and more.
* COS input with Polarity Select and Threshold Control
* Low Power Mode for battery powered sites
* Multiple Telephone Lines: Direct Inward Dialing without DID lines. (EX-8 option required)
* Cross Tones: DTMF initiated temporary cross tone allows cross group communications. Automatic revert to preprogrammed cross tone.
* Can cross: CTCSS to CTCSS, DCS to DCS, CTCSS to DCS, and DCS to CTCSS.
* Time and Hits: Repeater time accumulation per subscriber. Interconnect time accumulation per subscriber. Hit accumulation (All CTCSS tones and DCS codes)
* 99 Memory Speed Caller Use three digit code to call Mobile to Mobile or Land to Mobile with CTCSS/DCS and/or Two Tone, Five-Six Tone, or DTMF signalling.
* 99 Memory Speed Dialer Up to 16 digits per phone number may be programmed. Dialing: Allows recall of last number dialed by pressing 0 before entering the access code.
* Selective signalling: CTCSS, DCS, DTMF, 5/6 Tone and Two-Tone Sequential are all standard. Ringing: Six unique ringing sounds allow overdialing to a specific mobile within a group.
* Busts Stuck Mic Users: The TP-154PLUS lets you determine who caused intentional or accidental interference by maintaining a stuck mic record.
* Permament Cross Tone: Using DTMF, a mobile can cross his tone/code to any other tone/code for unusual communications possibilities.
PER USER INTERCONNECT PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES:
* Interconnect Enable/Disable: Enables or disables specific tones or codes for interconnect users.
* Disconnect Code: Allows the disconnect code to be "#" plus access code digits.
* User Programmed Toll Restricts: Enables a particular subscriber to be burdened with toll restricts to prevent long distance dialing.
* Mobile to Mobile Signalling: Allows the mobile to initiate a paging call to another mobile.
* User Programmed Toll Overrides: Enables a particular subscriber to selectively override certain toll restricts to enable dialing of certain regions.
* Access Code: Requires the interconnect user to press a certain sequence of characters before he can have access to the interconnect.
* Duplex Mode: Allows Interconnect to operate in either half duplex or full duplex modes.
* Call Limit Timer Reset: Determines whether mobiles are able to reset the call limit timer by pressing (*) to allow additional talk time.
* Semi Duplex Privacy: Mobile side of conversation not heard if privacy feature enabled
* Line Port Selection: Selects the private phone line you wish to assign to a user when an EX-8 is installed.
GLOBAL REPEATER PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES:
* Repeater Enable/Disable: Can be used to totally eliminate repeater capability if the TP154 PLUS is to be used for interconnect only.
* Carrier Drop Delay: Adjust how long carrier remains on after CTCSS/DCS drops at end of hangtime. Eliminates squelch noise on the receiver.
* Squelch Tail Length: Allow the user to set the squelch tail for those operators who like to hear a squelch tail after the mobile has finished transmitting.
* User CWID Interval: Subscribers callsigns are sent five seconds after picking up the system and then every "CWID Interval" thereafter.
* Anti-Kerchunking Time: If enabled, repeater will not hang unless user keys down at least as long as the time set.
* CWID Speed: Allows the user to select how fast the Morse Code is sent.
* CTCSS/DCS Hold Delay: Allows the repeater to remain active for the specified time even though the incoming CTCSS/DCS has been lost.
* CWID Sequence Characters: Allows a callsign of up to ten characters to be transmitted for the system CWID.
* Stuck Mike Activity Timer: If the user keeps his mike pressed beyond the specififed time, the transmitter will be turned off until the Mike is released.
* System CWID Interval: Determines how often the system will send its callsign when the system is not in use.
DCS Encode Polarity: Allows the user to remotely program the polarity of the DCS data being transmitted.
* COR or CTCSS/DCS Operate: Allows the user to operate in a tone mode using CTCSS or DCS or in a carrier mode where the tones or codes are not used.
* DCS Decode Polarity: Allows the user to remotely program the polarity of the DCS data being received.
* Response Delay to CD2: Delays the data transpond to give the base readio time to return to receive after transmitting a command
* Hog Penalty Time: The amount of time the repeater will be disabled for that user that exceeded his allocated time on the repeater.
* Programming Mode Access Code: Code needed to enter the programming mode locally or over the air.
* Hog Idle Time: The amount of time the user must not use the repeater to reset the hog monitor time.
* Courtesy Tone Delay: Delays courtesy beep after mobile drops input carrier.
* Hog Monitor Time: The maximum time the user can use the repeater without incurring a hog penalty time.
GLOBAL INTERCONNECT PROGRAMMABLE FEATURES:
* Line In Use Detect: If enabled prevents a mobile from accidentally cutting in on a call in progress on the same line.
* Prefix Restrict: Determines what dialing digit sequence will cause the system to automatically disconnect.
* Dialing Mode: Can be set up for either tone (DTMF) or pulse.
* Prefix Override: Determines what dialing sequence will cause the system to override the Prefix Restrictions.
* Activity Timer: Sets the maximum time there is no signal from the mobile before the system disconnects the telephone line.
* Busy Channel Monitor: Checks to see if channel is busy prior to ringout or autoanswer to avoid interference with existing radio traffic.
* Call Limit Timer: Sets the maximum time a user can use the interconnect before the system disconnects the telephone line.
* Ringout Mode: Determines if the ringout will happen once or continuously.
* CWID: Determines whether CWID is generated only on disconnect or both connect and disconnect.
* Ringout on Ring Number: Determines what ring number the system will start to generate the ringout sequence.
* Busy Signal Disconnect: If enabled, a busy signal occurring after a call has been established will cause a disconnect.
* Ringout CTCSS/DCS: Selects which CTCSS or DCS code is used to accompany ringout alert.
* Dialtone Disconnect: If enabled, a dialtone occurring after a call has been established will cause a disconnect.
* Autoanswer Ring Number: Determines which ring number the system will automatically answer the call.
* Aux Relay Mode: Determines if the AUX Relay will be pulled in during Connect, PTT Keying, or by remote function access code.
* Signalling Mode: Allows the user to select many different paging techniques.
* Remote Function Access Code: User selectable access code for turning on and off the relay.
* Paging Parameters: Sets up the various parameters needed for paging.
