"AutoRemote" Lets you operate your two-way radio from ant phone in your office!


This not a patch. The CSI Model 6800 "Auto Remote" interfaces any business office telephone systems (KSU or PBX) to the in-plant two-way radio systems, thus providing full use of the two-way radio from any phone in the office. AutoRemote eliminates the repetitive expense, desk clutter, and installation cost of installing a separate conventional radio Remote unit at each desk where radio dispatch is required.

KSU Systems: To call a mobile, simply lift the handset of any phone, press the designated line button and you are on the air! (An access code may be used if desired). Mobile or portable units can call your office phones by sending a 1-5 digit (user programmable) access code, or by presiing the Mic. Button several times. Auto Remote will then ring all office phones that  are not in use. The call can be answered at any phone by simply pressing the designated line button.

PBX Systems: To call a mobile, simple lift the handset of nay phone, and dial 8 or 9 (as appropiate) and you are on the air! (an access code may be used if desired). Mobile or portable units can selectively call any office phone by sending a 1-5 digit (user programmable) access code and then overdialing to an in-plant, extension using 'AutoRemotes' touchtone regeneration feature. All touchtone activated features built-into your PBX are available from the mobile radio using touchtone overdialing just as you would if calling from any outside telephone.

Ease of communications: Using AutoRemote to communicate with your mobile units from a phone is just like a phone call. There is no need to press any buttons as you talk. You can even use your speakerphone if desired!
